What to tell us

A regulator or department has sent a questionnaire or inquiry.Which one, its due date, and what it asks for.

What happens to this. Your message is emailed to Red Stick Solutions and is read by a person. We keep inquiry correspondence while we are in contact with you and for a fixed period after the last message, as the Privacy notice describes. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list. See the Privacy notice for the full statement.

Or call 888-260-7050 and talk it through.

Three routes reach the same team and none goes to a queue. We reply within one business day, and the reply comes from a person, not an autoresponder.

Call to talk it through, write when a procurement system must send the message, and use the form to keep your date with your question.

We are based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and work with clients wherever they are. Tell us where you are and whether you need anyone onsite, and we will tell you what we can commit to.

We take on a limited number of engagements at a time. That is the shape of the firm and not a stage on the way to something else.

Tell us your date and the first reply tells you whether we can meet it. If we cannot, we will say so rather than book you and find out later.
