PRIVACY

What this site collects, which is very little, and what happens to it.

This notice describes this website as it is built and published.

Version 1.0, effective on first publication. Owner: Red Stick Solutions, L.L.C.

This site sets no cookies for a reader and makes no third party request.

SubjectThis site
Cookies for a readerNone, so no banner and nothing to consent to. Sign in cookies exist only on the firm's publishing page, linked from no page a reader sees.
Host cookiesChecked at launch in the published site's network log; any found is named below, with what it holds and for how long.
Third party requests and embedsNone: no font, script, stylesheet, image, video, map, scheduler, chat widget, social button or third party captcha from any other host.
AnalyticsNone: no analytics tool, tag manager, pixel, session recording, heat map or advertising tag; any visit count would use host logs, announced here first.
Accounts and storageNo reader login; the scripts store nothing in a cookie, local storage or session storage.

The scripts this site serves do a small number of things: they make the navigation work on a small screen, they open closed question blocks for printing and when a link points to one, they check the form's required fields, they fill its hidden fields from the page address, and they stamp when it was drawn. They fetch nothing from any other host. With scripting off everything works: the form still submits, your browser checks its required fields, and only the six hidden fields travel empty. The one request made for you is the form, sent here when you press send.

Pages come from one host, and only the form leaves: nine fields, six hidden and one honeypot, to the firm's named mailbox. Advertisers, analytics, font services, embeds and social platforms get nothing.

websiteNothing: hidden from you and screen readers, it catches automated submissionsNobody

No third party is asked for or receives a hidden field. The publishing system adds technical fields that identify the form and guard against forgery, carrying nothing about you. Fields have maximum lengths, nothing is sent until you press the button, and a submission failing our server's checks is not kept. Do not send anything on the form's sensitive list; if you must, say so and we will arrange a channel.

What we do with it.

We use what you send for three things only: to answer your question, to scope an engagement if one follows, and to keep the thread so a later conversation starts where the earlier one stopped. We do not use it to build a profile, score you or send you anything you did not ask for. We place no message or correspondence of yours into an AI tool of any kind, and no automated system reads it before a person does.

Our team reads your message, and two providers carry it.

Recipients.
WhoReceivesKeeps a copy
Red Stick SolutionsYour messageIn the mailbox
Publishing system, at the hostThe submission, sent on as one plain text emailNo
Mail relay, if anyThat email, in transitNamed at launch
Our email providerYour message and our repliesYes: it holds the mailbox
Spam control or challenge providerNone used; any added is named here with what it receivesNo
Advertisers, data brokers, analytics, social platformsNothing: no request goes to themNo

No distribution list, support queue, customer relationship system or site database keeps a copy. The email holds what you typed, nothing about your connection or browser. A message is disclosed outside the firm only where the law requires it under valid legal process, and we tell you if permitted.

Logs and retention.

Like every web host, ours logs each request: your connection's address, the page, the time, your browser and the referring page. We use the logs only to run the site and investigate abuse, never combined with your submission. Any network service in front of the host logs the same way. The form handler logs time, outcome and a reason code, never content.

Retention periods.
RecordKept forThen
Server and network service logsA fixed number of daysDeleted
Form handler logA fixed periodDeleted
Correspondence, by form or email, both waysWhile we are in contact, then a fixed periodDeleted
Backups of the site and mailboxA fixed rolling periodA deleted message may stay until its backup expires; none is restored to a live system
Voicemail on 888-260-7050Until acted onDeleted

Each fixed period is in the launch facts. A March question often returns in September; the earlier thread is why we keep it. The site stores no submission, so its backups hold no inquiry data.

If an engagement follows, its agreement governs that material from signing; this notice still governs the inquiry. Ask us to delete your correspondence sooner and we delete it and tell you we have.

This notice covers only messages sent through this website. Where engagement material lives, who can reach it, and how it is protected, kept and destroyed is on Trust and Assurance.

No selling, and no sharing for advertising.

Red Stick Solutions does not sell personal information. It does not share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. It does not rent, trade or exchange a contact list with anyone, and adds your inquiry to no marketing list. These are determinations about what the firm does, not promises: no arrangement exists with any advertising network, data broker or list vendor, and no revenue depends on one.

How to ask what we hold.

One route, working today: contact@redsticksolutions.com, the live mailbox the form delivers to, read by the firm.

Privacy requests.
ToWriteWhat happens
Ask what we holdTo that addressWe say what correspondence we have, or that we have none
Delete itTo that addressWe delete it and tell you it is done
Correct somethingWith the correctionA misspelled name or changed employer is a two minute fix
Stop hearing from usIn a reply to usThe conversation stops; there is no mailing list
AppealAgain, with Appeal in the subject lineA second person reviews the answer

A person reads each request and acknowledges it within one business day; the reply comes from a person and says how long the answer will take. We do not treat anyone differently for asking.

State privacy rights differ; our answer is the same from any state, because we hold one kind of website record and will tell you what it is and remove it when asked. To verify, we ask only for a reply from the address the correspondence is held under, and reply there before acting on a request from any other.

Children, location and browser signals.

Children
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
Location
Served and processed in the United States, for organizations there; a message from elsewhere is handled there under this notice.
Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a signal asking sites not to sell or share personal information. This site sells and shares nothing, so the signal changes nothing, and we honor it by having nothing to switch off.

How this notice changes.

A change to what is collected, who receives it or how long it is kept changes the version and review date, is logged here rather than applied quietly, and updates the launch facts the same day.

  • Version 1.0, effective on the day this site is first published and dated here that day. First published version, with the provider names and the retention and log figures written in from the published site's configuration.

We do not publish a street address on this site, and a full mailing address is provided on request.
